The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Lola's you may return them for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the delivered date.
In order to be eligible for a return, the Lola's must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were shipped. They must be returned in the original packaging (shoe box, travel bag, cards, stickers etc).
If you are exchanging for another pair of Lola's, the returns are complementary. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label by email.
If you prefer a refund, we offer a flat rate of $5 for your return shipping label. The $5 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns will be applied to the original method of payment .
Please allow up to 10 days for returns or exchanges to be processed after we have received them.
